SNR CHEF DE PARTIE PASTRY Needed Immediately - £20k+ per year – 5* Hotel & 2AA Fine Dining Restaurant – Live In Available – Berkshire

Our client is part of an exclusive hotel group which have achieved great success in all restaurants across the UK. Our restaurant and bar offer modern European cuisine and is cooked at an 2AA level.

We currently have a brigade of 16/17 chefs and have an opportunity open for a passionate, professional and competent Snr Chef de Partie Pastry who would like to develop his culinary skills and move up in our brigade. The successful candidate will act as the number two in the pastry kitchen and will have a lot of input in the changing of menu's. Our Head Pastry has years of experience in 3AA/*Michelin establishments across the UK and is looking for someone that wants to step up their cooking to the next level!

Our restaurants are extremely popular and we serve between 20 to 150 customers per service. We are open for Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner and have an open kitchen and all the latest equipment to make your job as easy as possible..

The ideal candidate will have completed their NVQ Levels 1&2 in Pastry/Confectionery and at least two years as a strong chef de partie pastry in a 4/5* hotel.

Due to the urgency to fill the position, candidates who apply first will be most likely successful in attending interviews/trials.
