Job Description

You that will be:
Delivering an ambitious Local Development Scheme including a challenging programme of Area Action Plan preparation covering both residential and resort neighbourhoods.
Considering the Inspectors Report on the Local Plan Inquiry.
Addressing the wider challenges posed by the new Planning Act, particularly on community engagement, monitoring and sustainability appraisal.
Working with its strategic planning partners and the North West Regional Assembly in the development and refinement of a Sub-Regional Strategy for the Region.
If you are passionate about regeneration, an excellent written and oral communicator, and a good "team player" with some existing local authority planning experience, this could be just the job for you. For an experienced candidate, appointment towards or at the top of the career grade will be considered.
