Job Description

. As part of a team you will responsible for the sub-contactor package on the project. The project involves the construction of a new bridge as part of the wider redevelopment of East London.

Key responsibilities:
Your key duties will include:
- Assist with preparing sub-contractor packages
- Control and management of sub-contracts;
- Site measurement and materials checks;
- Sub-contractor payments;
- Meetings with subcontractors;

The successful candidate will:
- Come from a civil engineer or quantity surveying background
- Have relevant experience in a similar role
- Good awareness and knowledge of NEC forms of contract and methods of measurement
- Strong IT skills including Microsoft Word, Excel
- Have good communication and presentation skills
