An excellent opportunity for an up and coming Roading Site Engineer has arisen. Working for one of the UK’s main contractors on a fast paced road surfacing project in Wiltshire. We are looking for someone who is dynamic and willing to give 100% to the project.

Overseeing the road section of the project, duties will include:
 Ensuring drawings are accurate
 Nightly Health and Safety checks
 Monitoring Traffic Management in line with Chapter 8
 Liaising with clients representative on site
 Helping to ensure projects are delivered within the timescales with quality and costs agreed with the client
 Supervising construction projects including surfacing, traffic loops, road markings, safety fence and drainage works
 Assisting in keeping detailed and accurate nightly records including site measures, plant and labour returns, QA and daily site diaries.
 Attending daily handover meetings with the Site Agent
Requirements:
 Experience in a similar role either within highway maintenance or on a major project
 Proven track record in highways projects with a heavy emphasis on road projects and surfacing.
Benefits:
 Excellent money to be made, long shifts and a night uplift
 £20 - £26 p/h on Nights Ltd Co
