Job Description

Qualified Social Worker required to work for to join the Child Leaving Care Team. You must have experience with young people from the age of 15- 24, who are either 'in care' or have left care.



This Qualified Social Worker position is to start ASAP and is for 3 months initially. You must be eligible to work in the UK, hold a Social Work Qualification, GSCC registered with a current CRB, driver preferred.
