Job Description
This premium residential developer who sell over 2000 units a year is looking to appoint an experienced sub contract buyer to set up and run the supply chain for the company. The role will involve creation, implementation of new procurement documents, procedures and best practice notes.
Negotiation of all major suppliers and sub-contract agreements both on a company wide scale and project basis. Sourcing and vetting new suppliers and subcontractors, reviewing and advising estimating on tender list selection. Agreeing Terms and Conditions and drafting formal contract documents. Excellent chance to join a progressive company with a leading developer.
