Job Description
This national residential developer is actively looking for a experienced Construction Manager to looking after one to three major schemes.
This will depend on planning and completion of previous schemes. These projects are mainly high-rise, RC frame apartments with elements of refurbishment and keeping of the external facade. Their is various commercial, leisure, retail and health projects included on these sites to comply with planning.
The ideal candidate will be from a main contracting background, with experience of high rise schemes on brownfield sites. You must be able to demonstrate knowledge and experience of the complete construction process.
You will report to the Construction Director, with each Senior Site Manager for each site reporting to you. Superb career prospects with a leading company on large scale regeneration developments.
