Job Description

A high profile project is underway, known as Project Investment Reporting, to deliver a consolidated reporting tool across the group for project reporting/investment appraisal. A key activity as part of this project is data conversion, the loading of historical investment data from a variety of sources. This role is a 3 month role to co-ordinate this activity across all the divisions, working closely with the central project team, finance and business representatives.

Key activities for the role include:

- Preparing a data conversion approach and plan
- Liaising with Divisional Finance representatives to agree a common list of investment projects, agreed by sponsor and supplier
- Liaising with business representatives to ensure projects are created
- Working with central project and systems teams on mechanics of data conversion
- Reconciling data conversion loads into test and live systems

Key attributes required:

- Good stakeholder management skills
- Good financial awareness
- Understanding of investment appraisal/project reporting
- Data modelling and analysis skills

Desirable:

- Qualified accountant
- Banking experience
- Project management skills
