Job Description
A new project team in a major financial services organisation is seeking a qualified accountant with excellent excel and communication skills.
Contribute to the definition and build of project governance function
Enable an improved understanding of the financial implications of decisions, by contributing to the definition, analysis and interpretation of financial information.
Ensure adherence to integration principles of synergy definition, allowable costs, spends and benefits.
Enhance the financial control environment across the business units and direct action required as and when appropriate.
Promote and facilitate the application of Finance policies and procedures within the project area
Key Capabilities / Knowledge:
Ability to engage closely, effectively and assertively with all business units
Excellent commercial orientation
Experience of proactively operating with business teams to provide and interpret the impact of change
Experience of business investment analysis
Strong ability to influence and communicate across all levels and areas
