Job Description
Cobalt Recruitment are looking to recruit a Planning Policy Team Leader for our local authority client located in the Home Counties. This post is for a 2 year fixed term contract, best suited to a dynamic and enthusiastic Town Planner who will be at the forefront of managing the Councils future housing growth and town centre regeneration.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, committed and experienced person to help us meet these challenges. This post will work closely with the Head of Planning & Affordable Housing Policy to manage the work of the Planning Policy Team and lead on the preparation of documents within our Local Development Framework. An initial priority will be the preparation of our Core Strategy which we hope to submit in the summer of 2010, followed by a Delivery DPD.
