A well established Retail & Office Fit Out & Refurbishment contractor seeks an experienced Contracts Manager to look after individual projects and roll out programmes in the Midlands, London and South East. Projects range in value from £50K to £1 million. Suitable candidates must have retail & commercial office fit out experience and and a history of managing large roll out programmes. Airport project experience would be advantageous but is not essential. The role is office based with regular visits to sites so suitable candidates must be mobile.
