Job Description

My client is a small but well established Building Contractor & Developer that has experienced considerable growth over the last 5 years. Promoting quality of finish and high levels of customer service their main focus is top end residential new build and refurbishment. A smaller but still significant part of their business is commercial building and refurbishment.



Due to continued growth the company is now looking to employee a Quantity or Senior Quantity Surveyor to play a key role in the management and delivery of its projects.



Suitable candidates will have a stable background in either main contracting or residential development. High end residential new build and refurbishment project experience is a must.



A degree in Quantity Surveying would be advantageous but is not essential.
