I am looking for an ASSISTANT MANAGER for my new site. It is a big site which is about to get VERY busy!! My other pub has won loads of awards including this years best gastropub in London. The same high standards will apply here. You will need to be- first and foremost - charming, personable and smiley. I would prefer someone with a personal license and a couple of years experience in a similar environment.

In return, you will work in a fun environment, no weekday days (only open Sat/Sun days) have 2 days off every week back to back and will be part of a big and exciting project. Salary will be reviewed after 1 and 3 months.
