We are looking for a Chef De Partie or Kitchen assistant to work under the instruction of our French Head Chef. The right person must be entusiastic and friendly, of neat appearance, speak fluent English and be able to work in the UK and looking to stay for a minimum of 4 months. Our ideal candidate would have a genuine interest in cooking, enthusiastic and willing to learn. Previous experience is not essential. As part of a small team you must be prepared to carry out all duties involved with a working kitchen from prep work to helping during service.

The position calls for 9 shifts a week to be worked, which then gives two and a half days off a week. Live in accommodation is available if required. Good prospects for those looking for a permanent position.
