Job Description
The right candidate will be passionate about working with fresh produce, creating daily changing specials, deputising for the head chef on days off and holidays and being responsible for the day to day running of the kitchen. You must be able to work well under pressure and constantly striving to produce great food with local ingredients. Presentation, flavour, colours and textures are paramount to the success of the business and must be consistent through every dish. You will also be expected to work alongside the head chef and rest of the team to help develop new ideas and seasonally changing menus. Being a good team player as well as the ability to lead in a positive manner when required are essential qualities we are looking for.
The package is circa £23k, which includes basic salary and tips; Live in accommodation on site is also available if required. Please visit our website which will show the open plan kitchen, style of operation and current menus.
