Job Description:
No formal chef training is required for this position. You should be a competent cook use to working in a high volume kitchen as part of a team. Our menu is easy to deliver to the customer using good quality products, working to company specification to achieve GP% and ensuring consistent standards
Hours of work 5/7 days
o On a rota basis to include weekends and evening, Christmas and New Year
o You will have a contract of Employment
o Hourly rate is £6.00 paid on a weekly basis direct into a bank account
o paid Holiday pay as it is accrued
About You
· Approach all work with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn
· Flexible and adaptable to perform other duties when asked
· Some previous experience is a must however we are willing to train if you have limited experience.
Location
· Beautiful Somerset countryside with a good bus route to Bath and Bristol.
· Accommodation is provided in a separate staff house, with your own room, shared bathroom, kitchen and lounge, only 10 minutes walk from the business. (small charge to live in to cover Utilities bills £17.50 pppw and council tax £10 pppw
· Bed Linen in not provided (duvet/covers)

· 170 seater restaurant
· Serving meals from noon to 9pm daily
