Job Description
We are currently looking for a chartered valuations surveyor to join the Commercial Property team of a local authority in the Norfolk area. The position is currently available on a three month contract, with the possibility of further extension thereafter.
You will be providing a commercial valuation service on the council’s existing commercial property portfolio and other properties in the surrounding area.
We are looking for a candidate with strong previous experience of valuing commercial property, and a strong understanding of General Practice Surveying specifically within the commercial market.
Experience within another local authority is desirable, and MRICS status is an essential requirement for the role.
