Some of the Requirements from our Chef Position
•Ability to store, prepare and deliver excellent food for the customer.
•Motivated to achieve customer satisfaction.
•High standards of personal presentation and food/kitchen hygiene.
•Ability to follow company procedures and deliver high standards.
•Flexible and adaptable to perform any other duties as required.
•Ability to work a variety of shifts including weekends, days, afternoons and evenings.
•Carry out any reasonable request that may be made by the Head Chef or member of the management team.
Some Requirements from our Head Housekeeper Position
•Preparing the Housekeeping Rota in relation to hotel needs, and business.
•To over see the other housekeeping staff and their work.
•Clean rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, stairways, to a high standard.
•Sort, count and mark clean linens and store them in linen closets.
•Maintain storage areas in line with house standards.
•Replenish room supplies in line with house guidelines.
•Ensure that the reception area is maintained in a clean and inviting state of presentation.
•Maintain guest confidentiality and anonymity where required.
•Observe precautions required to protect hotel and guest property.
•Any other reasonable request from management.
There is live in accommodation available which there is a small contribution, which will also be discussed at interview.
