Award winning 2 Rosette Restaurant with rooms seek a Restaurant Manager to support the General Manager in maintaining the consistently high service standards that have resulted in numerous regional and national awards. The Restaurant Manager may be working at supervisor or assistant manager level at present looking for their first Restaurant Manager opening. The position of Restaurant Manager requires a positive hands on approach and flexible attitude as, having a small number of top end guest rooms , the position requires a willingness to assist where necessary.

This positions also pays ‘tips’ on top of your basic salary which is normally a minimum of £2000 but could be a lot higher. There is also good staff accommodation close by with various benefits including meals on duty etc.
