Restaurant Manager £25,000

Superb, multi rosette restaurant with rooms seek an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead a small, but dedicated team, in a continued pursuit of the very highest levels of customer service. The property is located in beautiful rural surroundings yet is conveniently situated for several large towns and cities. As Restaurant Manager you will deliver a consistent guest experience that reflects the well deserved reputation for excellent cuisine. The Restaurant Manager will, preferably, have a thorough understanding of wine and a proven record of maintaining agreed profit margins. The Restaurant Manager will possess fluent English, a quality essential to the role.

This positions also pays ‘tips’ on top of your basic salary which is normally a minimum of £2000 but could be a lot higher. There is also good staff accommodation close by with various benefits including meals on duty etc.
