Job Description
Your duties will include:-
To assess individuals in crisis.
To make decisions aroudn the appropriateness of hospital admission.
To assess for the suitability of Home Treatment.
To develop, implement and evaluate intensive care packages for these clients, in the short term, and to refer on to appropriate haelth professionals as required on discharge from CRHT.
