Job Description
Based in Wales our client is an innovative organisation that provides specialist care services for individuals with mental health problems and other specialist care needs.
We are currently seeking a Regional Manager who will be responsible for the overall management and financial performance of a designated number of Units. Reporting into the Director of Operations, you will contribute to the development of our corporate strategy.
The successful applicant will be RMN or RNLD qualified and have at least 2 years experience at a senior management level. They should have a proven track record of managing multi-disciplinary teams over a number of different sites. Previous management experience of secure environments is preferred.
