Job Description
A North London local authority is looking for a section 106 planning officer. My client requires someone who is good with monitoring planning legal agreements. Work involves Maintain s.106 access monitoring database and manual record system, going on site, ensuring monies are paid to the authority, understanding of the law relating to planning legal agreements. Contribute to policy development and review of existing S106 policies.
This position will also include training if required.
