Job Description

This is a small consultancy with offices in Kent and Central London. They are a multi-disciplinary consultancy covering civil / Structural engineering together with a small building surveying section.

As an experienced Building surveyor, you will be expected to fulfil the following duties:

-Minimum 5 years experience in Building surveying.
-Able to conduct condition surveys for maintenance schemes.
-Previous experience of civic buildings and schools work.
-Ability to write specifications and tender documents.

The ideal candidate will have:

•4/5 years + experience.
•Own transport.
•Able to work on your own initiative.
•Strong report writing skills

The ideal candidate will be working for an extremely busy consultancy. The contract is expected to last a minimum of 3 months with the opportunity that work will be ongoing.
