Senior Development Control Officer Ref:5126
A Greater London Local authority is looking for a Senior Development Control officer to work within a team that provides administrative assistance and supports the development control process. It is responsible for registering applications, carrying out consultation, organising Committee papers and also tracks planning appeals from small to large applications. The successful candidate would ideally have UK experience or have 3 years experience and understand the UK legislative system.
