A rare opportunity to join a market leading contractor has recently become available due to recent company growth and the award of a series of contracts with a prestigious car firm.

The position involves control of the safety and presentation of sites, the day-to-day admin and communication between the client, architect, engineers and sub-contractors. You will need excellent people skills, a strong focus on delivering quality to the client and the ability to think commercially.

The succesful candidate will have experience of building hi-spec car dealerships including specific knowledge of steelframes, metal cladding, curtain walling, groundworks and piling. You should have either formal qualifications within construction or an excellent building background with experience gained from moving up from the tools.
