A leading international housing and building company are currently seeking an experienced Corgi Registered Boiler Service Technician (Commercial Gas) to support their growing Facilities Management Division.

The successful applicant will manage an area, carrying out planned and reactive maintenance to boiler plant and cold/ hot water services, carrying out annual servicing to boilers, as well as carrying out general maintenance to client sites. Mostly working independently the successful applicant will manage themselves and the client requirement.

We are looking for fully qualified Corgi Registered Boiler Service Technician (Commercial Gas) who have good all round maintenance skills.

Experience in plumbing or air conditioning would be an advantage.

This role would suit either a strong commercial Corgi engineer who would take on the role of a Regional Maintenance Technician mainly working on maintenance and servicing of boiler in the local area or a Technician seeking the challenge of all round maintenance skills to site.

In this case the candidate will have experience of carrying out planned and reactive maintenance to boiler plants, hot/ cold water services, air conditioning, heating and ventilation systems, electrical services and equipment and minor building fabric on client sites.
