Job Description

This well renowned car parts company based in London is seeking to employ a car Parts Advisor to work within a busy Parts Department.

You will be working as part of a friendly team and must be able to work under pressure, be hard working and a team player. You must have experience within a Main Dealership.

Duties will include:

•Receiving incoming calls from both retail and trade customers
•Identifying the relevant parts
•Advising customers of the cost and availability
•Booking parts out to workshop to enable technicians to complete workload
•Ensuring stock levels are kept to a sufficient level
•Re-ordering of all parts
•Responsible for raising invoices and taking payment.

You must have 1-2 years previous parts experience within a main dealership, be confident whilst dealing with customer over the telephone and face-to-face, whilst being organised and able to multi task.
