Our Client a leading Motor Trade Group is seeking a dedicated highly motivated After Sales Manager to take control of both the Parts and Service Division of one their successful franchise operations.

You must have previous main dealer experience, be a pro-active leader, capable of moving the departments and business forward.

On a daily basis you will need to take responsibility for 22 Bays, staff management, ensure manufacturers standards are adhered to, deal with warranty processing, maintain and exceed customer service levels, monitor departmental budgets, hours, efficiencies and productivity.
