Job Description

Our client a Vauxhall motor trade dealership is looking for an experienced Auto Technician / Mechanic with at least 6 years recent experience of working within a Vauxhall main dealer.

The ideal candidate must have a proven track record within a recognized dealership and/or franchise. Vauxhall experience is ESSENTIAL. You will need to have Vauxhall Master Tech status, this is also ESSENTIAL. Earning potential is great for the right person.

You must be a team player, able to work to deadlines and targets but also be self motivated, organised and able to multi task.

Duties include:
Repairing and servicing vehicle booked into the workshop
Diagnosing faults on vehicles
Carrying out warranty repairs to manufacturers guidelines
Stripping, fitting and replacing components on vehicles
Dealing with customer queries
Ensuring that all jobs are running smoothly and deadlines are met
Pre-delivery Inspections are carried out at this site
