This highly successful volume motor dealership based in Surrey are looking for an experienced General Sales Manager to generate through the sales team and the structured implementation of the in house system and to deliver profitability in excess of budget for the branch and retail group.

Our client is looking for somebody with the highest possible levels of personal integrity, the ability to communicate with staff at all levels and experience in team management including exceptional interpersonal skills coupled with outstanding presentation and negotiation skills. With Knowledge of retail motor industry management accounts you will maximise vehicle sales and profitability, accurately forecast departmental sales ensure that pro-activity of the entire sales department is maintained and ensure that company assets are fully protected.

In addition to the above the ideal candidate will need excellent man-management skills with a proven track record within a volume dealership along with 3-5 years experience as a General Sales Manager working within a controlled environment with a structured sales process.
