Job Description

A leading international housing and building company are currently require a Senior Secretary to support their Audit & Risk department in Solihull.

The successful applicant will manage the requirements for the Head of the Audit & Risk department and occasionally managing a team of 5 when required. The manager is seeking a highly organised PA/Secretary with a minimum of 3 years experience working with Senior Managers and Directors at Board level who can use a lot of initiative to meet the requirements.

The role will also involve making travel arrangements abroad, producing reports, managing large volumes of controlled electronic documents, some mundane things like ordering stationary, refreshments for guests.

Applicants must be extremely flexible with regards to their daily work and be able to work under pressure. Excellent telephone manner and a minimum of 50wpm typing is also required.

Applicants must be competent with MS Word, Excel, Power point, Outlook and web authoring.
