Job Description
Our client a highly professional Accident Repair Company seek an experienced Motor Trade Production Manager with at least 10 years plus experience in the accident repair industry.
A NVQ / C & G qualification related to a formal apprenticeship is a must
You must have a stable career history and a proven track record
Previous experience within a supervisory capacity for a period of five plus years in a professional and efficient Accident Repair Centre is also required.
You should also have experience of supervising a team of 20 plus staff
members.
Ideally you must have an understanding of management accounts and the budgeting process.
