Experienced Motor Trade General Manager is required for this highly professional Accident Repair Company to manage production, engineering and customer service departments to achieve financial performance objectives, quality objectives and customer care objectives.

You must have a proven track record, with a stable and progressive career.

Excellent people management and customer service skills and knowledge and experience of financial, commercial and technical skills are essential aspects of the role. Previous experience of closely managing a budget and experience of having P & L responsibility is a must

The ability to manage a team of 30+ staff members with excellent leadership skills is also a requirement of this position.
