Job Description
Our client is a growing City Centre design practice who have a reputation for mixed-use, retail and educational projects. They have won several awards in recent years, and are looking to strengthen their design talent by appointing a creative Part 3 Architect. This key role will play a vital part in the design development of a major city centre regeneration scheme that the practice has recently won, to include hotel, leisure, transport and some residential elements. Strong design skills are required as is CAD proficiency, plus at least 6 months post Part 3 work history. This company has a clear career path mapped out for the successful candidate and can offer an enviable benefits package.
