Job Description

The vacancy is for the Commercial Development Market Sector. Seeking someone who will be able to work on both the Residential and Office side of things.

Senior PM's should be able to run with a project with no supervision/should be self-sufficient. Lots of client interaction, so good client facing skills needed.

Ideally looking for someone to be able to take on our business parks (out of town offices, i.e. not Central London).

Applicants should have 2-4yrs post qualification experience and have commercial experience. Office experience in either new build or refurb, with a good commercial mind.
