Interior fit out and refurbishment contractor with an ever-expanding portfolio of blue-chip clients in the banking, retail and leisure sector has recently secured the latest in a series of high profile fit-out contracts in Central London. For this they require a proactive Project Quantity Surveyor, who can assume full financial control over the project. You should be flexible enough to react quickly to change but determined enough to push through the project to deadline. Previous experience in the sector of commercial fit out is a must as are strong people skills.

The position is on a contract basis paying up to £27 per hour on a Limited company basis.
