A potential long-term contract opportunity for an experienced Building Surveyor to work on refurbishment and maintenance projects to schools and public buildings. You will be responsible for supervising the projects from inception to completion, preparing detailed specifications, liaising at all levels with head teachers, consultants and contractors, pre and post inspections of the works. Previous experience working on school projects is absolutely essential. Must have own transport and be computer literate.
