Job Description
A Local Authority in Twickenham requires a Development Control Planner with at least 3 months UK Planning experience, for an ongoing contract. The role involves, handling Minor applications for Domestic, Retail and Commercial developments. You will be carrying out site visits, producing reports for Committee and assisting Senior Planners with Medium-Major applications. This is an excellent Council to learn more about Urban Plans, with a large Green Belt area and contentious applications; your own progression will be accelerated. If you to further your career in a forward thinking environment, this is the contract for you.
