A Private Planning Consultancy in Guildford seeks a Planner with at least 2 years UK experience spent within a Local Authority or Private sector. You will need to be a Chartered Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute and be a holder of a full UK licence. The main purpose of the job is to provide a professional and technically competent service to internal and external customers. There is a focus on maximising fee-earning opportunities and raising brand awareness, ensuring retained customer loyalty and reputation. The type of Clients you will be working with included: developers, local and national house builders and healthcare individuals. You will be liasing with Contractors, Architects, Solicitors and Agents, so good Communication skills are essential, and if you have worked with Local Authorities, this is beneficial, as it is a large part of the role. This is a fantastic role for a Planner looking for a career with a progressive and nationwide Client.
