Job Description
A Borough Council in Bedfordshire requires an experienced Enforcement Planner for temporary post.
The role will involve;
Leading a team within the Development Control section, comprising two enforcement officers, a technician and a trainee planner. The post holder will primarily be responsible for managing the Planning Enforcement function and representing the council at Appeals under the direction of the Development Control Manager. Other responsibilities will be for the creation of Tree Preservation Orders and the determination of all matters relating to preserved trees.
