Job Description
We are looking for an experienced strategic planner, for a contract role in a London Borough.
You will provide a professional and high quality service on behalf of the council in respect of a wide range of planning and regeneration projects; development proposals from other Council services; planning briefs for development sites; supplementary planning documents; the management of s106/278 processes; and to deputise for the Projects and Implementation Team Manager.
To assist the Projects and Implementation Team Manager in the organisational and operational aspects of the Projects and Implementation Team as appropriate, ensuring that these operate effectively and within the resources available and are responsive to the needs of service users, local people and the wider community.
