The company is primarily involved in the housing industry across the South of the UK & has a well established client base, which includes the likes of Linden Homes, Try Homes, Barratts, Banner etc.
The position is based in their Hursley office Nr Winchester, is for an enthusiastic Architectural Technician with at least 3 years experience preferably within the housing industry. A working knowledge of construction & the current building regulations is key & the use of AutoCAD forms an integral part of the role. You should be able to liaise with the Client & fellow consultants in addition to managing a project from the initial design team meeting through to completion on site.
