Job Description
An outstanding opportunity has arisen for a Senior Planner to work in a fast moving department within a vibrant local authority. You will be responsible for managing major and complex case loads encompassing commercial and residential multi-dwelling development schemes. In addition this will require extensive liaison with private developers, stakeholder groups in conjunction with the compilation of detailed commitee reports. Essential requirements are 2-3 years as a Development Control Officer with previous experience working on major and complex development applications.
