Enforcement/Development Control Officer Ref:5763
A well regarded London Local Authority is seeking a competent confidant Enforcement officer to undertake a full range of enforcement casework and this will include processing applications, appeals and assessing if planning regulations are being breached. Ceasing the unauthorised activities and / or removing any unauthorised development while giving planning advice in accordance with the client's core operating principles.
The work also consists Development Control & Enforcement cases. The suitable candidate would be someone looking to handle a wide range of cases and maybe looking to further there UK experience. This position is working alongside a forward thinking team unit environment.
Good pay rate £18-24 per hour
