Job Description

Providing outreach support to vulnerable service users in West London. You will keywork, refer service users to external services as well as work within multi- disciplinary teams. You will be responsible for updating case notes and attending internal and external meetings and training. You will work with clients to develop independent living skills and find education,employment or training to meet national minimum standards. Knowledge of housing benefits, as well as Supporting People Legislation is a plus in this role but you must have one years experience working in a social housing setting.
