Job Description
Previous training experience desirable, recruitment industry knowledge essential.,We are currently looking to appoint a permanent Sales Trainer based within our London office.
The role will encompass -
Sales Training - for Trainees - including coaching over the first 6 months. Sales Training for New Starters in EB practices. Application Training - Talisman. Training/Coaching in EB procedures. Sales Training of agreed Sales "Modules" - depending on the experience of the Trainer - together with Coordination of specific "bought-in" training courses Helping to plan a Sales Training program for all sales staff, following appraisals, managers requirements and the defined training needs of individual sales staff
We see this as an essential role - and very much (in a timescale that depends on the experience of the individual we employ) a senior position in the future, working with senior sales management on planning, delivery and coaching.
