Job Description

Local authority based in West London urgently requires the assistance of an experienced policy planner. The main scope of work will be on the Local Development Framework, with a focus on housing, town centres and retail policy work. You would also be required to work on, the sustainability appraisal as part of policy Team. Assistance with the project management alongside external consultants preparing an Area Action Plan. Our client would also be interested in candidates that come from an environmental background with planning and sustainability appraisal experience.

Most importantly, my client is also looking for someone who can work quickly and effectively under minimal direct supervision and is able to work to a high quality of planning work.

Applicants should hold a degree with at least 1yrs experience.
