• The IT Recruitment Consultant will be performing a traditional IT recruitment role with no restriction on market, level or geography.
• The candidate will be working within a customer focused and friendly working environment.
• The position involves using the company’s database in addition to the allocated team Resourcer, to find the suitable candidates.
• The finest back-up support accompanies the position and there is a vivid opportunity of progressing through the company.
• The successful IT Recruitment Consultant has the opportunity to outsource technical staff.
• It will be the Consultant’s responsibility to canvas lots of new companies for business.

KEY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• The IT Recruitment Consultant should be a sales driven and motivated individual looking for a life-spanning career.
• A hungry, dynamic salesperson with consistent telesales/sales experience or an experienced recruiter would be ideal.
• The ideal Recruitment Consultant will have at least 6 months to 1 year’s recruitment experience.
• A self-starting and ambitious individual is required who is in their element working in a fast paced job.

The company will award extremely generous commissions (Guaranteed to be the best in the market) to the I.T. Recruitment Consultant over a very competitive basic.

Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK and must have UK experience.
