Job Description
You should have a clear and confident manner and be able to sell the company and yourself above others. You must also be able to build strong, trusting relationships with clients and candidates. Other responsibilities include pre-screening CVs, organising interviews and writing advertising copy for the trade print and on-line media. Recruitment is a sales role so you must be self-motivated and prepared to give whatever it takes to achieve the best results and rewards.
Essential Skills/Criteria to include:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (well spoken, highly articulate, friendly and polite).
Microsoft Word and database literate
Able to work using own initiative.
Able to work as part of a team.
Professional and responsible attitude.
To identify candidates with skills relevant to clients’ requirements.
To liaise with candidates to confirm their suitability for submission, updating their details where necessary.
To submit candidate details against specific client requirement.
To complete accurately and to time all appropriate paperwork.
To keep up to date candidate records.
